Dr Judith Hillier

Judith Hillier is a science educator at Oxford with a PhD in condensed matter physics. She has recently completed a report for the Education Endowment Foundation and the Royal Society conducting a systematic review of current evidence of promising educational approaches that are likely to improve the attainment and progression of low-SES students in science education. She is co-Editor of Research in Science and Technological Education, and is on the Editorial Board of Physics Education, the latter a journal aimed at physics teachers and educators. She will be responsible for leading Study 3 which includes liaising with teachers, producing an interview protocol for investigating teachers’ and pupils’ views and leading the analysis of interview data.”
