Director Therese N. Hopfenbeck speaks to the European Commission in Brussels Monday, February 18th, 2019

OUCEA Director Therese N. Hopfenbeck was invited to give a key-note speech for the European Commission Working Group for Digital Education: Learning, Teaching and Assessment. Her talk, in Brussels on 14 February, focused on Assessment and Recognition and contributed to discussions on the implementation of formative assessment processes in participating countries.
